The efficient use of time and money is a key requirement for progress,
especially for rural populations. Operating sometimes with very limited
human and economic resources, it becomes important for individuals
and groups to work together under a common strategy. In that spirit,
PHS will recruit a local team of community stakeholders representing
each of the five counties. PHS will attempt to create a diverse team
with members from state and local government, educators, industry,
not-for-profit organizations, police and emergency response staff,
farmers, health care providers, and individual community members.
Project Specialist, Kim Plouzek will lead the team.
