The purpose of this research is to study the satisfaction in marketing mix relating to consumer’s buying behavior in 3in1 instant coffee mixed in Bangkok metropolis. The sample was the consumer of 3in1 instant coffee mixed in Bangkok with aged of 18 year old or more total number of 400 people, used questionnaires as a tool to collect the data. The data was statistically analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistical hypothese testing employed t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.
The findings were summarized as follows: 1) Most of the respondents were female, aged between 28 - 37 years old with single / widowed / divorced / separated. The level of education was lower than or equivalent to a bachelor's degree, they were employees in private companies with average monthly income of over bath 30,000. 2) Most consumers bought 3in1 instant coffee mixed for their own consumption. They likely to bought in the morning and regularly bought at Tesco Lotus. The brand which they purchased as much as possible was Nescafe. 3) Most consumers drank 3in1 instant coffee mixed 1 cup per day. The cost of purchased 3in1 instant coffee mixed was baht 72, 18 sticks per time, on average 4 times per month. 4) Most consumer’s satisfaction in marketing mix at the average high level in all aspects such as products, place, price and promotion.
The results of hypothese testing were summarized as follows:
1) The satisfaction of the marketing mix on price and promotion is related to consumer’s buying behavior in 3in1 instant coffee mixed in Bangkok metropolis, in the frequency of purchased with statistical significant of the level .05 and .01. The correlation was the same direction in low level.
2) The satisfaction of the marketing mix on place is related to consumer’s buying behavior in 3in1 instant coffee mixed in Bangkok metropolis, in the aspects of quantity of consumption, the purchase quantity and the cost of purchase with statistical significant of level .01 and .05. The correlation was the same direction in low level.
