EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This contract has been made between Italasia Electro Co., Ltd. which hereafter will be called “Employer” of the one part and

Present Address : Koh Samui

Which hereafter will be called the “Employee” of the other part. Both parties have agreed to make an employment as follows:
1. “Position”
The “Employer” agrees to employ the “Employee” with the following position:
Sales Manager– Samui Branch
2. “Salary”
The “Employee” shall be entitled to a monthly gross salary of:
THB 100,000 ( One hundred Thousand Baht)
Salary of The “Employee” is required to be deducted for payment of personal income tax and social security premiums as stipulated by law.
3. “ Period”
This agreement will be effective on 1 January 2016 until 31 December 2018
4. “Additional Benefits”
a. “Extra Allowance”
Extra Allowance which will be covered by us as below:
Monthly Phone : Covered
Entertainment Fee : Covered
Travel Expense : Covered
b. “Commission”
Commission 2% of net sales for Branch business based on collection basis.
Commission 1% on Hotel Supply Projects
Cost for issue and renewal of Visa and work permit are covered form the Employer including travelling cost for Visa Run or other expenses.
5. “Termination of Service”
The “Employee” may Terminate this contract by giving to company the following notice in writing or payment in lieu.
6. “Resignation”
The “Employee” will be required to give full notice.
7. “Leave”
Annual Leave : 6 working days for each year of service.
Business : 7 working days for each year of service.
Sick Leave : The “Employee” will be entitle to a maximum of 30 days of paid
sick leave a year. Sick leave continuously more than 3 days
must be supported by medical certificate issued by company’s
appointed doctor or a Government medical officer.
8. “Working Conditions”
a. You shall comply with all the rules and regulation of the company. Any violation may render you liable to termination of employment.
b. Your service may be terminated for poor performance, chronic violation of local law or any actions which are determent to interest of the company.
c. Employee must not at any time during his/her employment with Company or within 6 months after it ceases, solicit, interfere with, or endeavor to entice away form Company, firm or company who at any time within 1 year prior to the date on which you cease employment with Company was a customer, or employee of, or in the habit of dealing with, Company.
d. Employee must not do any competitors’ businesses engagement or joint – venture partners’ or competitors’ businesses within 1 year after Termination of service
Both parties have read and thoroughly understood all conditions in the contract and have mutually signed the contract in presence of witness. Each of both sides retains the contract, which has the same content.
