I do not want to cancel any order.
First – there was a question because I ordered shoes on the same evening but could not find the order. Richie confirmed via email it did not go through. Next, I asked Richie about applying the 50% discount offer I received in the email after ordering shoes on 8/13. He said this discount was for a different kind of shoe than the 2 we ordered. Next, I inquired this morning about the 30% discount I received in a different email being applied to the 2 pair of shoes ordered on 8/13 and have not heard back.
I do not know where you got the idea I wanted an order cancelled. Richie was handling the other emails.
Please update me as to the 30% discount and that I have 3 shirts and 2 different shoe orders (different sizes) submitted.
Also, please instruct me as to the procedures if these do not fit after receipt.
