This research was aimed to evaluate the growth, biomass yield and efficiency of biogas production of
Napier cv.Pak-Chong 1(PC1) under different field management. This experiment was designed by Factorial in
Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with threereplications. It consist 2 factors which were season (wet
and dry season) and cutting interval (45, 60, 120 and 180 days after first cutting) at Agronomy experimental field.
The result showed that the highest number of leaf stem was cut at 120 and 180 days in wet season. However,
PC1 was cut at 60 days interval showed Leaf Area Index (LAI) and Crop Growth Rate (CGR) had the highest
value in wet season. Moreover, Net Assimilation Rate (NAR), at 45 days, PC1 was better than others in dry
season. Moreover, the harvesting time at 120 and 180 days in wet season, PC1 had the highest number of dry
weight significantly. However, in wet season at 180 days, PC1 produced the highest of biogas per area and
methane per area which was significantly and it had positive correlation with number of leaf stem.
