Just wanted you to know that I'm following your instructions with the enzymes.
It's going to be interesting to track my health during the next month. Starting on Sept. 7th, I've added a number of dietary supplements, plus I've started the hormone replacement medication designed to get my testosterone up to optimum levels (which should help with my sleep issues). In addition, I've resumed my exercise routine (an hour of aerobics, with some mild strength training every day). Also, I'm trying to eat a healthier diet.
