) giving some training about procedure and process to all staffs so when problem occure
staffs have some guideline to help solve the problem faster
2) I think in team each position have only one person to handle all the work and we always handfull for the task
and don't have time to improve skill or learn new things. I suggests that we need a backup person for each position so
works don't have to wait in case some staff take leave or vacation.
3) I suggest we should find solution for incorrect document which has been wrong since from originator and when it arrived
at our office and already pass all the process, the originator of the docement always send a new vesion of document and said that
the first version was wrong. We need to repeat all the work again and ask for the money back from customer. I think
this mistake is unacceptable and eat up our valuable time to do other task. We should have process to verify or review all
the document before accecpt them into the system for next step so we can find out the mistake as fast as we can.
