Every executive and employee shall fulfil such declaration at his or her arrival within the Group. It shall be renewed every year. Employees shall update their declaration if there is any significant change to their private interests (or those of their family/relatives) as they become aware of such changes.
Employees are informed that the private information in this declaration will be recorded and securely stored in an IT System where it will be made available to the Resolution Committee. Essilor and the Resolution Committee will keep the details of such private interests confidential and it will be used only for the purpose of managing conflict of interest matters.
