The 100% of embryos obtained at day 6 under CTR conditions were at the balstocysts stage. The blastocysts were round-shaped and the inner cell mass (ICM) and the blastocoele were clearly identifiable. A very low percentage of the embryos resulted affected by fragmentation or degeneration and the blastomers positive for TUNEL were ≤2% (see Table 3).
