The Company shall cultivate a working environment based on trust and a collective
desire to conform to requirements, standards and procedures and to strive for
continuous improvements. To that end, the Company will implement a quality
management system to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the operational
processes used in flight operations, maintenance, ground operations, and security to
ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and company requirements and to
effectuate continuous improvements. The Quality Management System shall scrutinize
operational outcomes through scheduled audits of document and manual review,
equipment examination, activity observation or staff interview.
