I see that you downloaded the app "Sing! Karaoke by Smule” as it was advertised as free but you have been charged for it several times. I know you would like to get the charges to be reversed. Not to worry, I will definitely help you with this.
Tanyapa, as stated in the description the app actually was a free app. The charge that you see for is actually for a subscription to the app. I would request you to turn-off the auto renewal feature for the subscription to prevent similar charges in the future. I have provided information on how to turn-off the auto renewal below in this email.
I was able to issue you a refund for the last 9 renewals of the subscription. I didn’t had an option to process a refund for the rest 3 renewals.
Within ten business days, 26.91 USD should be posted to the payment method used to make the purchase.
