3.2. m-XAFS spectra of different zinc sources With respect to the m-XAFS absorption spectrum for
zinc, the former absorption line was in the range of 20–30 eV, while the latter absorption line was with in the range of 60–70 eV. As depicted in Fig. 4, although all samples were zinc compounds, there were significant differences in the absorption values of m-XAFS spectra. With respect to energy and local structure, the zinc environments of the three zinc sources were different, and their compositions were different. Zinc K-edge absorption values for organic zinc (ZnMet,ZnLys) were smaller than in organic zinc (ZnSO4). The curve of ZnSO4 was distinctly different from the other two zinc sources. Zinc K-edge absorption values for organic zinc (ZnMet,ZnLys) were similar.
