Please find enclosed our revised quotation for the analyses of feeding corn according to requirements of QS.



We kindly want to inform you that we discussed the requirements - as postulated by QS - with your business partners here in Germany in a meeting on last Friday. Now that we have a more exact overview about the actual matrix and the sample volume that is to be expected, we slightly adapted the quotation regarding the scope of analyses and we are able to offer reduced prices for our services.



As we already discussed with Mr. Cordes and his colleagues, we recommend to review the requirements of QS concerning the currently prepared analyses plan. In our opinion the requested testing of mycotoxins does not completely match with the actual specification of QS regarding the matrix corn. Therefore we added the analyses of DON and ZEA to the updated quotation. On the other hand - as we understand - the analysis of Ochratoxin A is not required.



Furthermore we want to ask you to let us know, who will be the receiver of the analytical reports and to whom the invoices should be issued? Please note that all our reports and invoices are usually send by email only, in case this is not required otherwise, of course. However, these details can be settled in the coming days as well, and does not affect the analysis procedure itself.

Therefore, if you already have sample in stock, that you need to send to us, please follow below instructions:
