As a result of a data security investigation of a potential computer virus, we are temporarily shutting down access to all MJN Network Shared Drives (I: Drive, H: Drive, L: Drive, etc.). Users will not be able to access files on these drives, and any applications hosted on them will not function.
The Network Shared Drives will be unavailable today, June 9th, until further notice. We are working hard to restore access and will make these drives available as soon as possible.
As a reminder, all employees should exercise caution with incoming emails and never click on links or open attachments without being sure of their origin and legitimate business purpose.
If ever you cannot access files located on your computer or receive an unusual message (example below) regarding an infection, please shutdown your PC immediately and contact the MJN Service Desk and they will walk you through the next steps.
