Thinly slice washed green tangerines.
2. In a large bowl, mix 1 part green tangerines with 1 part sugar. and leave until sugar is dissolved.
You can speed up this process by occasionally stirring with a spatula.
3. Once sugar is completely dissolved, transfer to a sterilized canning jar.
If stored at room temperature, the green tangerines turn orange so refrigerate. You can use it after 3 days.
4. You can enjoy the syrup with sparkling water as ade or with hot water as tea.
