This project explores the implementation of a rechecking step to address the recurring issue of goods being sent to the wrong destination within the AGS warehouse supervised by Teleport at Don Mueang Airport. The misdelivery of products poses operational challenges, communication complexities, and potential customer dissatisfaction. The research aims to identify the root causes, propose effective solutions, and develop a comprehensive plan for integrating a rechecking step into the warehouse processes. By mitigating misdelivery incidents, the project seeks to enhance efficiency, customer trust, and the overall reputation of Teleport in the air cargo transportation industry.
