people. The old paradigm for management was that the function which has to be performed and wanted to do
something quickly, it needs a small number of people involved. Now Xerox Corporation has its tools and social
techniques that help them get things done quickly with tens of thousands of people which have not happened
before not only in the company but also other companies.
