We would like you to look into this issue seriously ka. We’ve got complaint from our customer about late ETA Jeddah and they never been informed.
For future break-bulk shipment, we request you to check ETA frequently with the liner or push the liner to keep inform us if any delay.
We understand that after we ship out and process documentation done. We may overlook and didn’t follow up the actual ETA. In case of container shipment, it may be late around 1-2 weeks which is acceptable. However, break-bulk shipment is more than two month late and we always found out when got customers’ complaint not by ourselves.
Please kindly cooperate and advise ka.
