I am not sure if I have all the correct people on this email. I am concerned with how long it is taking to advise DSA Zeeland of container details on new orders for customer product. Justin stated that there has been a change in the process of how the order request is communicated between our teams. It is negatively impacting our customers. We have a commitment to acknowledge orders back to OFS within 2 business days of our receipt of the PO. Recent orders have not met that commitment. Is there something we can do differently to turn around the information quicker? We had not had issues until the past couple of weeks. The current examples I have are OFS PO’s 7118741 & 7118728 received in Zeeland 5/5. I appreciate any input you have into this process.
