output of H (460.5 ± 1.5 W), HM (350.0 ± 2.0 W),M(210.3 ± 2.3 W),
ML (122.1 ± 3.1 W) and L (52.3 ± 2.0 W) for 7 min, 10 min, 10 min,
16 min and 40 min, respectively; (3) For MV drying, the fish slices
were heated at constant microwave power output of HM
(350.0 ± 2.0 W) for 7 min at vacuum of 0.02 MPa, 0.04 MPa and
0.06 MPa, respectively; (4) For marinated fish slices, they were
heated at microwave power output of HM (350.0 ± 2.0 W) for
10 min without vacuum applied.
