In terms of level on pay back in companies, the study found that 50 Trust to be “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree”, 21 of the respondents perceived the pay and promotion to be “Agree “and 21 respondents perceived pay and promotion to be “somewhat Agree”. Only a few 4 and 5 of the respondents rated the pay and promotion as “Strongly Agree”. At last, the Correlation score is 0.695, so the pay and promotion is “somewhat Agree”. According to a Correlation score of 0.695, we can see that Trust influences Employee motivation in companies. The P value is .000 which is less than 0.01 which shows the significant relationship between dependent and independent variable.
