Nevertheless, I only just want to add some points as below ;
1. We ONLY can make delivery once we got PASSED test report, and we should inform supplier about this so they can fully understand on it
2. Supplier should have an enough stock to cover any suddenly request delivery from customer, so supplier can send the product which they have in stock with PASSED test report instead of send new lot number without test report
3. Sample Quantity sent to Indo Lab :
a. 17 pcs Ecco complete box test WITH Slide Angle
b. 7 pcs Ecco complete box test WITHOUT Slide Angle
4. L&E Quality person has responsibility to send summary delivery report to Ecco, nevertheless we get the delivery data from our supplier, so we should work closely with supplier and ensure them that they should understand about our process and protocol. And, once we got report from supplier, we should double check the content before we sent it to customer
