Once the success of the new venture is assured, the individual soon moves from a dynamic, innovative mode to one of conservation and a stronger influence on the environment-a situation that encourager such conditions as taxation structured to favour large businesses, where financial institutions support larger corporations, and where institutions, including labour unions, favour the bigger organizations since it is easier to deal with them.
