Responsibilities:
• Prepare report and budget data to Japanese executive management.
• Coordinate with internal executive management and staff as well as external vendors.
• Prepare facilities and support the meeting of department.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any field
• 2 - 3 years experience in administration support or project coordinator
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent in English of both written and spoken; TOEIC scores 550 up
• Computer literacy especially MS.Excel
