2.9. Statistics
All reported experimental results (solid-state fermentation,
enzyme assays and protein concentration) are calculated average
measurements of repeated experimental runs (duplicates) with
±SD (standard deviation) less than 5% of the reported average. Six
replications were performed per each isolate for statistical analysis
of morpho-physiological studies. One-way analysis of variance
among obtained data was tested by ANOVA, including comparison
of means by F-test. The level of significance was at least P < 0.05
(Sokal and Rohlf, 1995). Statistical data analysis was performed
using Statistica software for Windows 6.0 (Stat Soft Italia 1997).
