CT SCAN OF WHOLE ABDOMEN without and with IV contrast
A 49-year-old male, case of CA rectum and liver metastases S/P CCRT and CMT.
Compare with prior study on 16 October 2558.
The study reveals reduction of a hypodense mass,1.8cm in diameter,at segment 8 of right lobe liver.
The biliary tree is not dilated.
Normally distended gallbladder contains no stone.
The portal vein is patent.
The pancreas,spleen adrenal glands,kidneys and urinary bladder are normal.
Unchanged enhancing circumferential thickening,2.4cm in diamter, at collapsed lower rectum. The mesorectal fascia is preserved.
The stomach,small bowel and colon are not remarkable.
No free intraperitoneal fluid or intra-abdominal lymphadenopathy.
IMPRESSION: --No interval change of CA lower rectum is considered
--Regression of liver metastasis
