In today’s new digital era, when Asus is under the path of pursuing to be the most admired enterprise, to achieve the 1st level of the world class service provider for all our end users is the most essential piece of puzzle which we still miss, not done good yet today, and need to speed up complementing with the others including (innovation, quality, speed, cost ) x (brand, product, promotion, place).
Since this May after Global Service Center reorganization, we had adapted simultaneous short & long term, backend push & frontend pull, formal & informal approaches to review all service operation processes, dig out problems and improve. Also, subsequently adjusted various levels of organizations.
GRSP had performed many reformations under Jack Lee’s strong leadership in the past years. Especially he had been helping company to setup very solid process and competitive cost structure of RSP in house repairing, which also helps us to be equipped with very strong bargaining power when negotiating the price with ASPs. Hereby, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to him!
Because of the important mission of NB product R&D Jack still bears on his shoulder, and considering the continuous one-by-one handing down to allow new successor confront & overcome the new challenge at new stage, I would like to announce that Joseph Hung will succeed to lead the GRSP starting from November 1st, 2015.
Joseph had many years experiences of various products R&D development process and management. He also took the new lead of GTSD and global Zencare since Global Service Center reorganization of this May. I believe that, basing on the deep foundation Jack already established in the past, Joseph can further create new era - overcoming all new challenges and making breakthrough reformation covering all aspects of operations at new stage by seamlessly interconnecting all those related functions under his outstanding leadership. Please give him your warm support !
