Under the trademark Lenzing PROFILEN® we produce staple fiber, weaving yarn and sewing thread out of 100% PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylene). Due to their outstanding properties filter media made out of Lenzing PROFILEN® is particularly suitable in filtration applications where critical and aggressive conditions prevail, such as waste incineration, hazardous & hospital waste incineration as well as biomass and pyrolysis plants.
Dolanit12® – value-for-money solution for hot-gas filtration
Dolanit12® is a crimped, homopolymer acrylic fiber combining textile process ability, outstanding stability and good thermal and chemical resistance. As a result, it delivers a high performance value-for-money solution for hot-gas-filtration. Dolanit12® can be used in woven materials and needle felts for exhaust gas cleaning (dust filtration) in coal fired power plants, cement production facilities, primary smelting and casting units as well as in the heavy metal and inorganic chemical industries.
