Recently I have been learning the benefits of working in groups. Sometimes it can be stressful but most of the time it is apleasure as you can experience the joys of sharing and helping others, each able to bring new ideas and opinions thatother may have not thought of. It is like my mom always said, ‘there is a magnet in your heart; a magnet that will attracttrue friends. That magnet is called unselfishness. If you are learning to live for others then they will also live for you.’That is one of the reason I have started to be a volunteer at a Research Study center since the year 2010 . Whereresearchers from different countries all over the world come to work as a volunteer helping to improve the environment ofThe Monkey Forest park and to also teach English in local schools, I helped them to communicate with other people andsaving the environment in the forest.Year of 2013, I was a guide and MC in The International Folklore Festivals in Amnatcharoen province, northeastthailandwhere different countries e.g. Singapore, Cambodia, India, China and etc. came to show and share their cultures.Last summer I helped Mahidol University’s students work as a volunteer in the forest which links to other savingenvironment projects in Thailand calledPlant Genetic Conservation Project Under the Royal Initiation of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (RSPG) .
