I confirm receipt of your email as much as you concerns.
As to it, herewith some feedback :
Misunderstanding - indeed there was it through the group conversation on LINE - I am very much concerned that it happened! In fact there was no need to it; however, we shall all bear in mind that wording, context , timing ,etc... that makes part of a phrase or paragraph can take a different course of the meanings.
As for the D.I.RE.s concerns, usually feedback is shared to the Head Office in which they also do with the remaining stuff. I have never had any problems in replying to questions or concerns in the line of what we have been serving you, so much so that some of such is also brought ahead by me (us) to you.
Up to yesterday we were not aware that Mr. Anakpong D.I.R.E was not part of the D.I.R.E that were released, thereafter, I immediately requested that a copy of his receipt to use my channels to follow up at the factory. Nonetheless, the fact that Mr. Anakpong's process was the first to be issued does not mean that should came out as the first - this is a very important aspect to note!
In your concerns you also shared that his Work Visa was going to expire in 9 days - I reckon that people are not aware that what counts now and onward is their D.I.R.E or receipt that they hold. Further to this, him not having the D.I.R.E at hand but a receipt does not mean he is illegal at all! Delays from Immigration should not be seen as problems, however, concerns that can be followed up without panicking or causing false rumors.
Applying a stamp on the receipt to keep up with immigration follow ups is usually optional by each branch. Even though, I would always prefer those to have stamps. Through the process of dealing with acquisition there things that cannot be controlled but yet managed. The factory people I know hold thousands of application daily, so being a lot more difficult to track some of the applications specially when it comes as a single document like it was with Anakpongs single application. For that reason, that becomes further difficult to go trace one single process or the state of the application.
Also, there are many reason why the process of the three (3) stuff from Tete were not applied in Quelimane, which if so was done you would still have a pending process till today or refused. Given this situation, we cannot share certain information if you not here in Maputo to see what is currently being done.
In respect to moving emplyees from one point to another carrying D.I.R.E from issued in a different province; I personally questioned a senior inspector at the Immigration who clarified that due to the nature of the project, it is expected that some people may be moved from one point to another. However, when questioned about this a single answer saying I am currently on due here for technical reason should be enough without going in any further details.
I recall having explained to Karaket that I will myself deal with the process of her and the other who did the D.I.R.Es in Maputo have their status transferred to renew in Quelimane next year.
To Sum up this whole this embroilment the following is being carried out :
1. Follow up with Anakpong's D.I.R.E
2. The way forward to the situation with the people in Tete who did not get their DIREs but have to renew it (this should not seen as a problem).
There are so many things to share, remarks to be made but I will leave to a meeting with Mr. Ragkhapong who will then clarify many issues that I believe most of you gentlemen are not aware.
I trust that information above will serve as an indicator that I care for all your issues within my duties.
