This is good stuff. I especially like the muted and slightly melodic undertones. I normally like the brain wave tracks I listen to to be slightly lower in pitch, like a low bass tone, but these higher pitched sounds worked very well with the background music. Well done!

Isochronic tones are more potent than binural beats. And no, there aren't any negative side effects, I've personally listened to tones like these for years now.
