2.2. Removal of Cd from fish sauce using a column method with chelate

A glass column (90 4 mm interior diameter) was packed with
CR11 or CR20 (700 mg). Tannin-treated fish sauce (50 mL) samples
were then eluted through these columns at 5 mL/h, and 10-mL
fractions were collected every 2 h.
