Responsibilities:
• Responsible for recruiting and selection process in cooperation with the department concerned. to define and specify recruiting requirements to ensure the business needs and goals
• Process candidates screening, arrange and conducts interviews for staff and checks the applicant’s credentials
• Assist Line Managers to involve in Strategic Recruitment Projects
• Track and update recruitment-related reports and analysis.
• Build outside relationships with specialty organizations including online, on-campus recruitment activity, and in person, job fair, managing online job portal, etc.
• Plan and select the right media for job advertising for vacancy i.e. in newspaper, internet, recruitment agency, school and board
• Develops recruitment programs, budgets and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
• Implement employer branding exercises and initiative
• Prepare and announce internal recruitment announcement
• Prepare & issue documentation related to new hire staff (Probation Appraisal & OJT)
• Conduct internship program
• Supervise receptionist, housekeeper, messengers to deliver professional service.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM, Psychology or related field
• Experience in Recruitment 5 years with at least 2 years supervisory level
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Process Problem Solving skill
• Hand on and result-oriented
• Good Analytical Skill
• Work well under pressure with a Team Spirit
• Good command of English
• Proficiently in computer
