Josh Lewis is a young employee at Rising Entertainment, Inc. and is frustrated because his boss marketing Chief Sarah Bennett, won’t listen to his ideas about using new media term. Then Sarah tells Josh at the last minute that she will present his ideas herself and he will have to sit in the back of the room and be quiet. But, as the meeting begins and the CEO likes Josh’s ideas, but then questions why he is delivering this information and not Sarah, Sarah is afraid to reprimand Josh for bypassing her after he just got in favorable review from the CEO, but she also knows that he should respect her authority, especially since her department does not have the budget to use his ideas, which Josh did not know about, hence the reason she was trying to deliver the ideas. Now, Sarah needs to handle this scenario considering the CEO’s enthusiasm, but without the needed money.
