Pull-off bond strength tests were conducted on concrete substrate
retrofitted with sprayed FRP materials to investigate the effect
of field application conditions such as different surface
treatment conditions, saturation surface conditions and usage of
the primer coating on the concrete surface on bond behavior and
performance of the sprayed FRP composite bonded to concrete
substrate. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows
