As per consult by Surachai-san and our lawyer I need to attend Labour law course which is concern to Labour in General .
It will be held on May 23, 2015 and Register’s fee THB. 4000.- ( excluded VAT )
There is other course it will be arranged on May 21, 2015 Which is related to conflict management between company & employee.
Register fee THB. 3,500.- ( excluded VAT )
Details of training :
- Employment agreement
- Sick leave with doctor certificate
- Problem of Annual leave
- Termination of employment agreement
- Fund assistant to employee it will effected to the company in the future.
- Employee taken long sick leave
- Warning letter
etc.
Since May 23 , 2015 is company day off , would it be possible that my day off will be compensated on other working day.
