While this book does not delve deeply into engineering
or manufacturing, we do briefly discuss the role that
methodology can play to drive appropriate priorities and
solution “definitions” for those areas as well. Taking a
systemic view doesn’t mean you have to boil the ocean or
make enormous capital investments. But if you want to be
exceptional at selling high-value solutions, you have to
genuinely understand where the primary levers for transformation
reside in your organization and commit to
aligning them.
