Without proper cooperation, it is impossible to ensure the proper management of the information
provisioning to and from the three levels (operations, management and strategy). The importance of
the interrelationship and interplay between the various levels of BiSL has become clear in practice.
Precisely those relationships and flow of information between the operational, managerial and
strategic processes are important to ensure the proper management of the information provisioning
and ultimately effective support for it as a result.
