A guy in Tibet told me that if enough people believe in an idea, and they believe it hard enough, it comes to life. That's a tulpa: A tibetan thought process formed by focusing on one idea for a long period of time. It doesn't take more than one person. It doesn't take 'enough' people. What it takes is enough focus. You can do it all by yourself. If you just believe really hard and clap your hands, or if you are terrified and you let the fear consume you, it'll come to life.
If you just focus, really focus, for long enough, it'll reach its hands out, and it'll touch you. You never have to be alone. That's a tulpa, and it's in your reach, more real than you might imagine. There's an entire reddit dedicated to instructive thought processes for creating your very own familiar spirit.
