VAT-refund process
1.Tax Refund Forms should be checked at the Customs. Tourists have to submit Tax Refund Forms (pp10) and original VAT receipts along with the purchased items for a Customs officer to check, and stamp, sign and date in the specified part of the forms (pp10) at VAT Refund for Tourists on 4th level, at gate 10.
2.Reserve seat and check-in baggage in case the purchased items are finished jewelry, gold, watches, eyeglasses and fountain pens which have a value higher than 10,000 baht each, tourists have to present the items to a Customs officer to check, and stamp, sign and date the forms.
3.Go through the Immigration.
4.Submit the forms (pp10) and present the items to a Customs officer to claim your VAT refund at the VAT refund booths in the Passenger Terminal building on the east or west side
