Discussion
The growth of VECs is the most basic and important in the
process of angiogenesis.11 It depends on the balance of
signals of promoting growth and inducing apoptosis. Inhibiting
the growth and inducing the apoptosis of VECs can
inhibit the generation of tumor vessels and migration of
tumor. The model of tumor VECs we built in vitro could be
used to research on the inhibition and apoptosis of tumor
vessels, and sift growth inhibition and apoptosis induction
of tumor vessels.12
