Mix the texture thoroughly and quickly for about 5 minutes, than cover the dough and let it rest in in a room temperature
for 30 minutes.
Combine the dough with the yeast and water that you placed apart mixing thoroughly and quick for 1 a minute.
Than, shape the dough in to a compact ball, than throw it down on the work surface to spread it.
Take a far end of the dough than fold it. Repeat for 5 minutes.
