- Extensive background in Ramp and Guest Service operations (including International) strongly preferred.
- Experience in managing service providers and procurement processes.
- Experience in recruiting staff and using Performance Management programs.
- Ability to gauge impact of expenditures on guest satisfaction and work within tight budgets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Fluency in English highly preferred written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, fast learner and adapt to stress while working under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and manage change.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
