Understand that our internal turn around time are in the timeline but if we compare with Thailand Post who is our competitor, I can say that our transit time very slow. I’m surely that if all of our customers check for all of their status shipment then we will be in a big trouble.
Do you foresee that is it possible that MM team will be back to support us same like the previously which normally J+1 for our EMS, Air Parcel and Registered service.
