In terms of demand in the banking sector, we need "solution providers" that can advise people, while in the past you only tried to serve customers' needs. On the supply side, kids nowadays have high selfconfidence and less patience. They want challenging, modern and flexible jobs. They want to express views and participate in decisionmaking. They're not shy and easy to govern anymore. But this new generation reflects customers' needs. I still believe patience is the key, however, as we live like a family here. You need to work with people of different ages.
