Overall Objective:
1. To better understand mid-tier moms in UPC, her point of view on motherhood, on Infant Formula, her path-to-purchase, and how to best engage with her throughout her motherhood
2. To quick pulse consumer touch points in UPC area in order to get a better understanding of these touch points and to define effective ways for Enfa SMART+ to engage with our mid-tier mom

Interview with moms
Quick Introduction:
• Introduce yourself
• Have mom introduce herself: age, number of kids, family situation, is she currently working? If not, what was her previous job?
Motherhood
• As a mom: What are your values? What are your aspirations and dreams? What are your hopes and fears?
• How would you describe yourself as a mom?
• What does good development for your baby means to you?
Baby formula category
• What is good nutrition for a child? What are the results of good nutrition?
• Where do you get information on health / nutrition / wellness?
• What is your biggest worry when it comes to nutrition?
• When was the first time you thought about using formula milk? During pregnancy? After pregnancy?
• How did you decide on the brand? What is important in deciding this?
• What information did you get and where from? (Friends/family, advertising/doctors/social media/forums//in-store etc.
• Which brand did you first use? Why this one specifically? Did you switch – why?
• Which brands do you know about? What is the difference between them? How do you know this? Which brands would you never use? Why?

• How many babies 0-12 months do you observe per month?
• How many IF recommendation do you give per month?
• Do you make IF recommendations by yourself or do you endorse one of the brands that parents name themselves?
• What is important to you when deciding which brand to recommend to moms? (quality, age of baby, well digested, affordability of parents, constipation etc)
• Where do you get information about milk formulas?
• How do you keep yourself up to date as your role of HCP? (seminar, webinar, lunch&learn, leaflets)
