There are pending updates that have not been published. The Conflict Manager's PC must process these updates before the CAW can be archived. Please ask the Conflict Manager to run a scan of the CAW from the TrayService by right clicking on the Green ‘A’ in the system tray in the bottom right hand corner of their PC, then selecting 'Update cache/scan conflicts for CAW' from the menu and then clicking on the name of the CAW with the pending updates. Once this is complete, please try to archive the CAW again.
