4. Conclusions
The E-PSA was successfully prepared by using emulsion
through a blend of E-LPSR/PVA containing between 5 to 30 phr
of PVA in the presence of ahydrocarbon resin as atackifier at
60 phr. The creep properties of E-PSA in the presence of the 60
hydrocarbon resin were improved by adding PVA. The best
mixture for the E-PSA was 20phr PVA. The compatibility and
interactions between the blend of the E-LPSR/PVAaffected the
adhesion properties of the PSAs produced based on an evaluation
by DMTA.The failure of E-PSA was the adhesive.The PVA also
improved the thermals tability and creep strength of the adhesive.
