A Waters HPLC 515 system (Milford, Massachusetts, USA) was
used for the estimation of aspartame and neotame in yoghurt. It
consisted of a pump control module II with two Waters 515 HPLC
pumps; rheodyne manual injector, temperature controlled column
compartment and Waters 2998 photodiode array detector, sample
loop 20 ll. Chromatograms were analyzed using Empower 2
software
