The copper sulphate pentahydrate gave a
dark brown shade on dyed fabric. The
stannous chloride and aluminum
potassium sulphate gave a light brown
shade on dyed fabric the same as on the
dyed fabric without mordant. Although
the shade of dye on those fabrics was
called light brown, they were not exactly
the same. The value of CIE L*, a*, b*
were somewhat different. There were a
few differences in each light brown shade.
